Mike Spillman is a monstruous powerhouse of a player with a rhythmic wrist that would intimidate even Stiffler’s Mom. He originally met Kyle McMahan when attending a Dream Theater Concert in 2019. Later in 2020, Gio would join his then band “Next to Eternity,” before ultimately leaving the group in effort to focus more of his attention on TR&F. Later that same year, creative differences would break up NTE, leading Mike Spillman into the open arms of TR&F.
