Beginning in 2018 with Kyle McMahan, Gianni Basile, and Mike Lalas, brought together by their teacher Paul Murphy, set their sights at creating the best metal record they could write. After collecting a handful of songs, they met Gabe Gallo at a jam session in Mikes home studio. After jamming to one song, the band decided that Gabe was the right fit for the band.

They later met Paul Murphy’s nephew Brent at Pauls wedding, where they were able to hit it off and begin talking about potential jam sessions. A few months were to pass before any such jams came into fruition. Later that year, the trio were interested in playing a New Years Eve party, and asked Brent to practice with them as their second guitarist, which later lead Brent to claim ownership of his new found position in the band.

During the recording process Paul Murphy gave his gang of students the guidance they needed to succeed in creating their debut record. His extensive experience in the field gave the band a direct advantage over other bands who self produce records. Since the record counted as part of their final grade at “in-studio” ( a vocational school for audio engineering in Chicago), it had to pass inspection by Paul himself before being released.

2020 Happened

Upon release, the band were fortunate enough to play a few shows before the state of the country set back their world take over plans.

- “We hope everyone out there is being safe, and we hope we are able to inspire other young musicians such as ourselves to go out there and chase their dreams. Since we’re stuck anyway, we’re in the process of writing a second record so we can come out of this downtime as strong as ever. We appreciate all the love and support we’ve gotten, and we hope to see the world on stages soon! Till then, rock on!

Rebuilding 8-12-22

After a few lineup changes. The band began playing out again. Due to personal circumstances, Gabriel was no longer able to perform with the band in a live setting. Gio stepped to the front and took on vocal responsibilities. They performed this way for a string of time, until Brent needed to make his exit later in 2022. The band then recruited one time guitarist of Next to Eternity, Mike Spillman, to take on the “Other Lead guitar” duties. With the new lineup formed and stronger than ever, the band began releasing the process of releasing album 2… which is where we are currently.
